Feminized Green Gelato carries the genes of Gelato phenotype #33 (Larry Bird).

Gelato is a backcross of Sunset Sherbert to the original Thin Mint. This GSC cuttings gave birth to a worldwide phenomenon and started the Cookies success story. Only Gelato was able to overtake GSC in popularity - and for the right reasons.

Gelato is known for its delicious flavours, reminiscent of creamy and fresh ice cream sorbet and tart fruit candies. The aromas are mouth-watering and so excellent that you won't want to stop enjoying them!

The variety's tops are usually beautifully variegated, with a fresh green colour giving way to deep purple and striking neon orange nuances. The specimens are therefore also exceptionally ornamental, further enhancing the variety's reputation as a luxurious pleasure.

The variety was voted the best new European variety of 2019 by the Soft Secrets media.
