Products & prices

Product prices are shown on product pages. The prices are inclusive of VAT.

 

Payment methods

You can pay via direct bank transfer. After your payment is processed, your order will be processed normally within 1 to 3 working days.

 

Unpaid orders

We reserve the right to cancel your order if we haven't received your payment within 5 banking days.

 

Discreet delivery

All orders are shipped out in plain brown or white cardboard boxes. The shop name or logo is now shown on the outside of the parcel.

 

Shipping methods

Shipping methods are shown at checkout. Primarily we use a parcel connect service for your national postal service. The shipment will be delivered to a pick up point nearest to your address.

 

Shipping fees

Shipping fees are calculated and shown at checkout.

 

Operational area

At the moment we ship to Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Denmark and Sweden. Shipping to other EU countries can be arranged, please contact us via email so we can set it up for you. Unfortunately due to plant safety regulations we are unable to ship outside of EU at the moment.

 

Inventory status

The stock inventory is shown separately for our webshop and two physical stores on each product page. The inventory is updated automatically and is usually correct, however, we reserve the right to changes due to technical or human errors.

Unfortunately we cannot take orders through email or phone. All orders must be submitted through our webstore. We cannot guarantee availability for product enquiries. Items are only reserved for fully paid orders.

 

Delivery times

After we've received your payment, we normally process your order within 1 to 3 working days. If a product in your order is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible.

 

Right of return

All orders are eligible for a return within 14 days of reception. The products must be in unopened packaging and in perfect condition. We cannot accept returns for used products.

 

Faulty products

If you received a faulty product, please let us know as soon as possible so we can arrange a replacement for you. We assume liability for any faults which were likely present at the time of purchase. The liability is not extended to such cases where the fault is likely to be caused by wrongful use of the product.

 

Damaged or missing shipments

If a shipment is damaged or goes missing during transport, please let us know as soon as possible so we can arrange a replacement for you. Please take photos of the damage immediately and send them to us via email so we can file a complaint on your behalf.
